It was not by her own doing
Her fire had been snuffed in her innocence
And the night has clung to her ever since
A cosmic tragedy, she wondered
Blind to the beauty that surrounded her
Lost to the worlds and unknown to herself
Wave after wave took her far from salvation
Caught in galactic loops
While he reaches across the universe and draws her in
Not even light, can escape a black holes relentless gravitational pull
She did not struggle, but she knew no better
He stripped away everything that was pure
But his need for her destroyed them both
All that remained was the deafening silence of loss
Neither to be seen again
Wow. This is so beautiful. I'm impressed
So good my friend!! Greetings!!
Tragic but I like it, it's good.
Thank you.
Wow, nicely pen. I like some poetry with a bit of story. Cool.

Dark poetry. Loved the imagery and metaphors. Keep up the good work.
