The society holds men accountable for every mistake, sometimes even somebody else's mistake.
A women is almost never hold responsible for her own acts.
Women are better with details, with taking care of people, taking care of the, very important, "little" things.
Women are as important in the society as men are.
The happiness is in being together.
Women do not have to behave like men in order to be appreciated.
The opposite is true!
It should not be a competition but an partnership.
