I decided to create this #Steemit post about #Changing because it is so vital and sometimes so difficult to #change.
I hope this poem made by a #Brazilian poet offers you the #inspiration and #willingness to seek changes you need in your life. And starts to breaking down old belief systems that you don't want anymore.
So, I took some time to translate it for you.
Remember,
Each change begins with a first step.
So, let it be cool and gentle!
:)
*In addition, I leave you a video with the wonderful performance and adaptation of Antonio Abujamra (A brilliant Brazilian actor and awarded theater director, also TV host on "Provocações" - means #PROVOCATIONS)
Check it out! and Enjoy it!

#Changeit!
Change it!
But start slowly,
because direction is more important
than speed.
Sit in another chair,
on the other side of the table.
Later, move the table.
When going out,
try to walk across the street.
Then change your road,
walk down other streets,
quietly,
watching closely
the places you go.
Take other buses.
Change your clothing style for a while.
Give away your old shoes.
Try to walk barefoot a few days.
Take an entire afternoon
to walk freely on the beach,
or in the park,
and hear the singing of the birds.
See the world from other perspectives.
Open and close the drawers
the drawers...
and doors with the left hand.
Sleep on the other side of the bed.
Then try sleeping in other beds.
Watch other tv shows,
buy other newspapers,
read other books,
Long live other novels!
Do not make the habit a lifestyle.
Love the novelty.
Sleep later
Sleep early.
Learn a new word a day
in another language.
Correct the posture.
Eat a little less,
choose different foods,
new seasonings, new colors,
new delights.
TRY THE NEW EVERY DAY!
The new side,
the new method,
the new flavor,
the new way,
the new pleasure,
the new love.
THE NEW LIFE.
You try it! try it!
Look for new friends.
Try new loves.
Make new relationships.
Lunch in other places,
go to other restaurants,
have another drink
buy bread at another bakery.
Have lunch early,
Dine later, or vice versa.
Choose another market,
another brand of soap,
another toothpaste.
Take a shower at new times.
Use pens of other colors.
Go and visit other places.
Love very much,
Love very much,
increasingly,
in different ways.
Change the purse,
the wallet,
the suitcases.
Change the car.
Buy new glasses,
write other poetry.
Throw the old clocks,
break gently
these awful alarm clocks.
Open account in another bank.
Go to other cinemas,
other hairdressers,
other theaters,
visit new museums.
Change it!
Change it!
Remember that Life,
THE LIFE IS ONE.
Seriously think about getting another job,
a new occupation,
a more light work,
more pleasurable,
more dignified,
more human.
If you find no reason to be free,
INVENT THEM.
Be creative.
And enjoy making an unpretentious trip,
a long one,
if possible, without a destination.
Try new things.
Replace it.
Change it!
Change it, again.
Try it again.
Act!
Act!
You will certainly know better things
and worse things,
But that's not what matters.
THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE CHANGE
because if you are more afraid of change than of doom, you do not prevent misfortune
the movement,
the dynamism,
the energy.
ONLY WHAT IS DEAD DOES NOT CHANGE!
I repeat for the pure joy of living:
Salvation is by risk, without which
life is not worth it!
