This is one of my favorite poems I've ever written. I don't actually know if this particular form has a name, but I've always called it an "image" poem. The concept was to write a poem about a sunset and have it form in such a way that it resembles a sunset over water. The poem itself is multi-faceted, which is also something I typically like to do in my poetry.
