Is there anything, mum, what you
always wanted for me,
and I've never had it?
Did you wish for me something,
and I gave you only my dark eyes?
What were you imagining I will be like
while keeping me inside you,
did you hope I will be like
this I am now?
What thoughts were passing by your mind
in time of your blind pregnacy
when your stomach is your only sense?
Come on, tell me, did I disappoint you,
even a little?
You will say I did not, you love me,
but admit me, I do know--
I'm not the flower you've planted
My mother and me
very nice poem you wrote . mother is best person in world and more then 24 carat gold. likewise in world may be some not good too so its depend on people they behave. i can feel you from poem about your pain and hope all is fine friend. following you.
Hahah I agree, mother is real jewelry shop :) and in spite of all, we love her, thank you for comment @birjudanak
I found this reflection on the unwavering nature of a mother's love very deep, as it examined the blunt reality of the fact that we all deal with thoughts of doubt and negativity as part of our human condition. Of course that would include our mothers as well. Thanks for sharing :)
Yes, you're right, we all have doubts, surely pregnant woman, too :)
