A Christ-centered life begins by letting go of our antithetical self-interest. Christ’s own life and teachings are our example. Christ lifted up those less fortunate, showed us by his example that our plenty has price… a price of sharing our bounty with those who have not enough. We cannot live the perfected life of Christ, but the goal is to live it as closely as we may, beginning by following the teachings and example He laid out the example for us – neither condemn nor judge anyone, live a life of compassion, kindness, love, in service and stewardship to our community and fellow humankind.
