My son keeps kicking my wife tonight (from the inside). It is amazing to watch him move - to learn a bit of what he is like. So I decided to write down some words to remember this moment. I hope you enjoy!
Original Poem
I know you even though we've never seen each other face-to-face.
I watch you move, press, and push, though you stay in just one place.
You love the darkness and tight spaces, but I hope you like the light.
There are hands ready to hold you, we will love you with all our might.
Will you have my dimpled chin or your momma's curly hair?
Will you have a belly laugh or a classic baby stare?
We wait with anticipation to see how you are made.
Body, mind, and spirit - all three form a unique braid.
You're an answer to a promise - words spoken in the past.
Five sisters came before you, you're my son, and you're the last.
And we welcome you to join our tribe, a loving family.
To live life well through thick and thing, oh, what a life it will be!

What a sweet poem 😁. If your wife is anything like me, she's ready to stop having him kick from the inside and to meet him in the light too.
She is so ready. Most of our kiddos are two weeks late. It would be wonderful if he is just on time.
That would be wonderdful! I was a week late with my first, three days early with my second, so number three is anyone's guess, haha.

These moments are very good. In which the child kicks his mother. Still mother does not say anything to her. Your poem is very sweet.
