Depression is real and the strongest influence is your mind. You can choose how you want to see things and leave the bad things behind. Easier said than done when it continues like an endless cycle, until you’ve realised you are your own rival. Little do you know, with every single attempt to fight the paradox, you become stronger to change that inner chatterbox.
There are many secondary influences that are linked to your emotions, pulling you back. Try to create and link a new happy memory, then you’ll be back on track. It will take lots of practice and time, but remember your loved ones can help you climb.
Sorry your poem inspired me to reply in an attempted poem. lol I'm not good at it. But I hope you understand it. There is a good book to read, if you are interested. It is called 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway'.
