This is for the Steemit School Poetry 100 Day Challenge. My poems are almost all freestyle, or I don't know the style.

Japanese ambrosia
Slightly salty deep red broth,
Green onions, sliced up throughout the soup.
Tough noodles that have soaked up the broth.
Garlic and spices to flavor to my liking.
And to top it all off, three thick slices of meat.
Meat to top the ramen.

Great post and thanks for sharing. If I had to pick, I'd pair this with a IPA. The two would be delicious together
That does sound good. Beer with ramen is always lovely. I typically stick with Asahi Dry.
