The Traveler
It is not just a calling
It is a desire and a need
A craving from a bottomless pit
Leaving an aftertaste which is unique from each.

There is thrill at those hairpin curves
And a shrill in the shrieking wind
The landscape is at a pause and so is time
As you soak in the scenic rhyme.

Meander all to your will
Stacking a lifetime of yarns to spin
Feel you with the warmth of a crowded shelter
And hear you with the moving clouds and the fallen leaf
With an ounce of gratitude, not be left with grief.
