Beautiful poem, wise, and so true.
And yes, I also think of life as a tapestry, and as an ocean, and as a galaxy, and as a universe unto itself . . . and it is all of these things and much, much more.
I like your use of mind-mother, which immediately felt right, and after all, how much of our own inner reflection can truly be equated with a form of self-parenting, of trying to impart to ourselves the wisdom we can so easily access when helping others, but frequently overlook when facing ourselves?
Lovely words and insights. Brava. ;-)

Thank you! Yes, my mind-mother, or the voice of the goddess... not sure how much is "me" vs the divine... guess it's all divine when you go big picture. Thanks for the sweet comment.
As I was just discussing with @rhondak, we are ALL divine, our choice is whether or not to "accept the mission."
And, judging by @thealliance members I've been in contact with thus far, I've yet to meet one who hasn't.
Quite clearly, you accepted the mission LONG ago! ;-)
