Where would this faith begin?
It would begin from within.
From a part that is in, you and me.
This part, this part is called a heart.
And it's in you and me.
It pumps blood through our being, keeping us alive.
Without it we could not survive.
A love that is not lust, it's based on trust.
If love was our religion, age would just be a number,
Any skin color would be a lover. We would see all the good in each other.
And always offer our support.
Whether her temper is short or he likes to wear a skirt.
We all know what it feels like to hurt.
So why can't we be a buffer for those who suffer?
