What is the importance of your hard work if not success
What is the use of your effort if not progress
What is the benefit of your time if not appreciated
Why should I shout if I would not be heard
Why do I need to quit if I can make it
Life situation is full of heat
Only the strong can feel the heat
Only the strong can bear it

We crave to give our best
Our effort seems to be a regret
When our talent makes us depressed
Our talents and actions makes people confess
The love and hatred for our work they profess
They love to be like us in all aspects
Never look down when you ought not to look up
For when you look down you would give up

What is worth doing at all is worth doing as well
If you are tired of a cause then just say your farewell
Instead of pulling others into your state of lukewarmness
You can stand afar and be a witness
To appreciate the progress that would be attained, without your input
Whether you are in or out you must have your own output
Before you came we were on point, your arrival gave us a jackpot
But your departure cannot take us from the top spot
