Thanks my friend! I think having my own space will really help with the writing. I'll be able to create a space conducive to writing instead of working at the kitchen table. The apartment we lived in before this condo had a pretty sizable walk in closet above where the Murphy Bed originally was (this was a 1920's building) and I used that to write in. I wrote quite a bit of the script for the streaming series in there. Lol.
