The roof is where she loves to spend her time best.
Every night at 10:15 in the evening just when all the people are preparing to sleep, the lone wolf climbs up the roof to sit and look for the moon. Her moon.
The lone wolf has always wondered where her moon is, because a lone wolf like her envies the other wolves who has now left her pack for they have found their moon to focus on. Often times those who left comes back, rejoining the lone wolf back on her roof at exactly 10:15 in the evening just when everyone else is preparing to go to sleep.
But most of the time she is alone, as her name implies, the lone wolf simply couldn't find her moon. Was she on the wrong roof or was there no moon meant for her to focus on? Was the lone wolf's purpose is to shelter the other lonely wolves when they lost their moon? Why not? Isn't that when there is company there is no loneliness?
The lone wolf cried and howled for she was lonely, she had nobody but everybody has her when they needed someone. It has been years and the lone wolf is close to giving up, maybe a moon isn't what she needs, maybe what she was meant to have was something else.
The lone wolf sat there on the roof longer than she has done in years that the sun started to rise in the horizon, her eyes widen at the sight; how beautiful, she sighed.
It was her first time to see and it was the first time in years that she realized that the moon isn't what a lone wolf like her needs but a sun to warm her heart who has gone cold over the years of looking in the wrong place.
The lone wolf on the roof is no longer a lone wolf but a wolf that rejoices with a heart as warm as the sun.
