I predict that some day we will use the materials available on Mars for building. Perhaps we even could send some drones beforehand so that they build some foundations for our future colony.

You're right! If you click the link in that poem you'd see that they are planning to use a form of rock that's available on both the moon and Mars, called regolith. Their plan is send 3D printer robots which will use the crushed rock mixed with a plastic polymer to print buildings.
