Beat:
The Southern Wall extended miles from start,
In the Forest, trees that once sprouted from root,
Take leave as death do them apart,
A Lady, who yearns for someone dear,
And a Man, who hopes for someone near,
Make home in the hearts of this world
And let the earth encapsulate their fears.
A thread, in the hands of her mother
place whip, in the palms of his father,
Teaching grace in the eyes of her sister’s
And discipline in the eyes of his brother’s,
captured from this beauty, derives family,
And from The Southern Wall we walked slow,
At the end, there lies the key to all meaning,
But nobody knows, when we shall reach,
The end of this road.

Thank you for reading my poem, this is the last one for today, ever since I started this site, i've just been in love with creating poetry, if you'd like to follow, comment suggestions or up vote to show support, i'd love that!
What a nice poem, it made me feel the gravity of the hard earth and the levity of the soul. Thank you for sharing! I look forward to the next one!
