LIFE AS A CHILD

Life is never a bed of roses
There are many ups and downs,
Hills and valleys,
Thorns and molds on the way,
It takes only the brave to conquer obstacles on the way.
I prefer to live like a child,
They are of free mind, worry not of tomorrow,
What they will eat, wear,
How to pay school fees, house rent,
Their guidance got their cover.

They grow up and tend to understand life,
Expectation of the family to fulfilled,
Their own dreams and desire,
Obligations of the society to fulfilled,
And get to know that life is not what they view it as.
The struggle for survival continued,
No hidden place to run and rest,
No rest for the living, until one sleeps the sleep of death.
But is there really rest for the death?
