I am the original author and I am offended by your suggestions of something otherwise because that is not what Steemit represents in the market that is supposed to be not Facebook and things like that.
The original author of the picture is obviously that woman, given that it's a selfie. But do you have the rights to distribute the photograph? This is what @steemcleaners was all about.
I was in the modeling and bodybuilding scene for 3 years, and Hatrd it. You become so self absorbed with your wants, you lose touch with the simple beauty life has to offer. Also, beauty is skin deep. If you aren't with someone became you share common hobbies and can formulate open dialogue, it doesn't bode well.
Beauty is subjective and a matter of standards. What's socially accepted as beautiful in community X might not be equally beautiful in community Y.
Nonetheless, this woman is bordering anorexia. Whatever her standards are, she's gone way overboard with losing weight.

that is why it is better when we try to focus first on shared values before we get lost on external beauty
