BEFORE SUNSET
I woke at dawn reminiscing,
large thoughts contradicting the mind like the wind and the sea waves;
At once I realize something great was missing,
to the four cardinal point, not able to make decision like slaves;
I wonder if I die before sunset.
I perceive misery and pain,
am not misjudged I deserve pains as my gain;
To the world I came not out of my own will,
I wish something could be done to save me,
If I die before sunset.
Not partly righteous, I was the man on the sycamore;
My ways I denounce, I don't want you no more!
I appreciate and want to abide by the rules of my creator,
reflecting on his words, making his prophets my mentor,
then shall I rejoice if called before sunset.
