Funny how bodies can take quite a beating but our minds seem to be the most fragile thing so that whether we get to live forever before our bodies die we have already become dead inside, a lot of it we do to ourselves and some society or even as you show the weather can trigger our minds.
I do think this is when it is of the utmost importance for someone to detach from emotional thinking when they notice outside influences are knocking at the door wanting to come in and shove a splintered stick deep inside them. We make everything worse in thoughts not tended to.
