In a world where stress is inhabited,
it seems that there is no time to live without it,
that is to relax and have good vacations,
to see reality with not so many stress actions.
Inner peace is accesible for anyone,
just need to silence the mind and the heart,
to get balance and be in the stillness.
To be in the natural state again.
Having too many thoughts are the engine,
to inestability and noise.
Inner peace comes through silence and breaths,
quieting the mind from the thoughts.
Meditation is a method to reach inner peace.
