A Poem by my students.
Tall, dark on the slim side.
A lot sarcastic I can't deny.
But there's something catchy about him; his smile.
He stretches his hand as if in anticipation for a handshake
You go for it, he recoils
You may take it for denial
But don't worry, it's a trial
You will hear after that, "You're too choleric.
He try so hard not to laugh at a joke
But you don't mind him; he's the joke
Sometimes he tries to hide his smile
by rubbing his hand on that smooth tie
He speaks like an enigma
Words flowing like water
He easily apologises
But sometimes.......... "oops my bad"
That's a story for another day.
He has his buts
But we all love him like that
In case you don't know
This is all about "Mr Abeka Miracle"
Who is fond of the saying "for every word; there's a lexical, literal and contextual.
