Entering into a trance
by a waterfall
becoming a drop of water
waiting to fall
What is my destiny
which form will I choose
so many roads to take
the world to transfuse
I could be a mist
flying through the air
changing with the atmosphere
cold or warmth with a flair
I could be ice
used in many ways
cooling a summer drink
or a sculpture for the day
Now I am in liquid form
down the water fall
flowing down the river
providing an adventure for all
Our souls are similar to the water
we come in many forms
physical, spiritual, and eternal
like the water we transform
Coming out of the trance
grateful for this new day
knowing that my life continues
in many different ways
