Ivy

I accidentally hung up today and Paris turned black,
All the women left town and the men fell asleep running.

I accidentally woke up today and you found an ocean to drown me,
But it was okay because I only swim in the pool.

You accidentally slipped today and I stripped the sky away,
Then you said you never did like flying.

You accidentally left today and I just kept on cooking,
I don’t like it when the pasta is too soft.

We accidentally talked today and almost grew, What words we have,
Gin,
and Tonic.

Accidental words make poor soil,
But what better soil for such a withered tree.
