Monday Morning Limernick: Pi in the Sky

There once was a number called Pi
but to calculate him made me sigh
All those decimals places
at forty-odd paces
the printout's like pi in the sky!

I'm frustrated by the idea that the number 3.1415... is male. Because it's an irrational number and therefore probably female. Am I right?
