Accustomed to war
They salvaged and recycled
Rebuilding their lives...
With destruction and tactics of survival and reconstruction, comes innovative ideas to reutilise that which has been destroyed. Oftentimes, communities, which come closer together in postwar or current war tragedies, are able to bring about miracles when they put their minds to work to create a sustainable environment after so much loss and devastation. The outcomes can be truly profound and highly commendable, especially considering their psychological state of mind, with the consideration of trauma and disbelief.

Your words are so true, I actually saw them in action-not after war devastation, but after a hurricane devastated the town my cousin lives in in Florida. I think it was Charlie? But Port Charlotte was ripped apart and in the aftermath so many people got together to help each other put back the pieces, rebuilding houses and businesses.
Thank you for reading. Yeah Nature can also wage war against our lives with its immense power, so I totally get what you mean. To see people come together after such tragic disaster is a beautiful moment of humanity.
