Win the sugar war...
You and I both know how ridiculous the amount of sugar that is in practically every product in the store. The addictive properties are strong indeed but not stronger than your sober self control when you truly look at the devastating effects that sugar, of all chemical and natural types, can have on your mental, hormonal and physical states. It does worry me as a parent how much the newer sugar strategies in the food industry will affect my children, as well as, my own health as time passes on. Children are the main target of this agenda. And We, as a whole, are the industry's main test subjects as we purchase the massive amounts of varieties of sugar induced products that we would think has no sugar within it. Sooner or later they will be spraying sugar water on celery, broccoli and all other forms of green vegetables to make their outreach as destructive as possible. A sugar ridden body poses no threat to those elites who are in control and who have access to the highest qualities of food due to the amount of resources that they have blessed themselves with by either through inherited and preserved generational powers and wealth, or through manipulative and hidden methods of theft, exploitation and pillaging. If you want to know what is in your food, you will have to farm and cook it yourself, or be willing to pay a higher price by going directly to the source, e.g. farmer's market and legitimate bio-organic produce providers and other chemically-based sugar-free food creators. Please keep in mind that, Exercise means nothing if the intake of food is so diabolically harmful to you in both the short and long term aspects.
