Good evening from Romania, fellow HIVE users and dear readers from outside of HIVE! For today's last post here on my HIVE blog, I decided to share a personal poem I wrote a while ago.

Therefore, without any further needless ado on my behalf, here it is:
I am the bookman
A man dedicated to letters
Without any wings with feathers
Or other noteworthy special powers
Than dwelling in literature's high towers
Standing by my desk
Without too much rest
Looking forward to what's going next
Staying confident that I will pass
The upcoming, difficult life's test
Sometimes more lonesome
But not quite lonely
Always steering out of what's gruesome
Being thus very skeptical of jolly dolly
Book shops are my sanctuaries
And, as a small kid, a high school library was my second home
I don't use my phone
So much to adjust my tone
In order to mandatorily send out a message in another zone
I am the bookman
And I'm confident about myself
Let there be no secret
That I will save another title very soon on my shelf
