Welcome to another week of the Poetry Dice Challenge 3000. Thanks to our wonderful hosts @robyneggs and @rensoul17 and I hope you will check out the contest and support them. This weeks theme is 'balance' and my entry is below.

Trying to find somewhere I can call home;
A place to rest when I'm too tired to roam.

Closing my eyes and stretching out my hand;
I spin and go forth to some distant land.

So many places feel like mysteries,
surrounded by lines, hidden beyond seas.

Following my path like day into night,
while keeping my karmic counterweight light.

Finally I end up back at the start;
Stuck between a tower and a rampart.

Home was never some place that I could see,
because it exists somewhere inside me.

Such another great poem you wrote @clayboyn. I love your poems because you wrote it from heart. Just like when you are searching for a home where it already exists in your heart. Thanks for sharing this beautiful poem.

That is so true, home is not the building but where our heart, soul, mind and body finds sweet rest. A house is never a home. Lovely piece, bravo

oh great !! .. I loved it ... how you guys come up with poetries, I could never write such beautiful poems :)

That last stanza was awesome, great job <3
