Pokemon Go Un-soft-ban

Got a soft-ban on pokemon go? pokemon not spawning? can't collect items from poke stops? well my friends your solution is simple. either wait 4-5 hours or!! go to a pokestop and Get Unbanned by:

1. Open a pokestop
2. Spin it and close it
3. Keep repeating this around 40-50 times
4. When you get items from the pokestop you will be un-banned enjoy.
