It's a website where you can make your own teams made up of all pokemon ever made, from every region, and battle any person you want, FOR FREE.
And if you don't have any friends who caught the Pokemon bug, you can always do RANDOM BATTLE (my favorite) and have a quick battle using random pokemon against another trainer in the lobby.
