RE: BEHIND THE MIND OF A PRO: HAND REVIEW AT POKERSTARS

don't really like the analysis, it reads as if you are good here everytime (which you of course aren't)

should have given him a river range + show the odds you needed, at the very least (can understand why you wanne keep it short and simple tho - but still, a little analysis would help ;P)

Sort:

I appreciate your opinion, but this is a basic, individual analysis. This call is not always good ... It is good for this isolated logic ... Poker is a logic game and can be similar but never the same, ie there are a number of variables and in this case they were right ... But this analysis is not an absolute truth.

i know (play for a living myself), good analysis for showing how you should think about a pokerhand tho :)

Yeah agree but I think he just tried to simplify it, here we have 25% Pot Odds as villain bets 1/2 pot and 58,8% of equity vs his range, good call.

well, i wouldn't give him that range, as he'd overbluff way way way too much
(atleast reduce some bluffcombos) - could split his ranges etc (villian has no turn ch/r or ch - ch - b line?)

but as you said: simplified - and i am fine with it! :)
