Poker on Hive.

Is it possible?

Very bloody possible and someone would do it if they thought they could get the players and the rake.

Is it possible that it can be done on Hive with the players getting the rake?

Poker was here before and in that time I tried to have some input. When asked what was wrong, I gave an answer that got agreement. If one thing was different. The outcome could have been much better.

The focus on the present was the err. Easy one to make too. Very had to see tomorrow when yesterday is chasing you down.

I think more so. Those who did support the game. Gained their popularity, no longer hung around. They had enough of their own stake now to gain a following for their vote. Second layer tokens might not have helped at the time either. Though now could be useful.

Internet sites and making one is not something I have an interest to learn. Someone else can put all that there. Then I can do the internal stuff of setting up the games.
Having someone else do the internet site. That removes both of us from ownership over the poker project. Benefits for the roles only come if the site works.

You don't want me messing around in code.

The avenue of rewards can be discussed. Everything would be determined by what we can grow. A game token can be made or the use of an agreed existing token. Whichever token. We need to be able to provide an assurance of value. This means when they want to turn to HBD they can. A time delay might be in place here, for the security of held tokens.

Having poker means we have to finance it. Pennies for a daily tourney of sorts can be made here on the chain. Always a complication, not enough to do anything. The question I ask is. Can we even get a start?

I decided to save a few pennies. From the SWC poker. There is about 250 there right now. When eventually I get it to 2500. Then a withdrawal will be made and the tokens used to exchange for HIVE. Then stake the HIVE for the resource credit.

Post rewards about the game will grow the HP in the account from then.

Now if there was enough people here on Hive. Who really wanted a game of Poker on Hive. They would all do the same thing from freeroll games. Then send the winning to a community account for withdrawal when a target is met. The exchange of the BTC is used to then generate its own revenue on Hive. This revenue generated can be used for both straight rewards and a Game tourney ticket.
These tickets would buy you in to a game on a site you like. Funding would be provided by the Game. The Game, would receive back 10% for future games.

Eventually buying players tickets to live tournaments in their area.

A possible road to sending a player or two to the WSOP.

Well. That's a starting point at least.
Need bread. Not a baker issues. We all have that. Except bakers of course.

What would be a reward worth playing for?

There used to be poker on the blockchain.. it was called Lucksacks..

I personally would love a sportsbetting app..

Getting an app for poker might take a bit of time to build up that finance.
But we have to start somewhere eh?
I Built up about 0.00000275 of the btc things. LOL that will take a while to reach the 2K too.

But my plan is to offer games that will pay for the freeroll on other sites players like to play on.

Then grow that to buy tickets for real life events eventually maybe send some to the WSOP.

It would take co operation of players who won in a tourney to return some HP to the project.

Just need to send the right player. And BOOM Poker players want to play on HIVE. We should have the site they want to play on here. And not then an outside source comes in and takes over.

Yea I don't get much response from Lucksacks people.
