First off, that is very mobbish of the police to threaten to cease "protection" unless all the football players lie and say they like the police. News flash, getting hired as a cop does not automatically make you a good person. Most cops think the government is retarded yet when you don't trust the police they say hey well the government trusts me so I must not be that bad. When I see a cop all I see is stranger with a gun. Same as when they look at me. This is coming from someone who has met plenty of good cops so don't think I'm biased.

Symbols are a funny thing. For example, the right-hand swastika is one of 108 symbols of the Hundu god Vishnu. It is also the symbol of the Hindu sun god Surya. The left-hand swastika represents the Hindu goddess Kali, night and magic.
Hitler and his leaders were very interested magical things and symbols. Which is why they adopted the symbol and made it their own.
The eagle symbol (Reichsadler) originate from the roman eagle standard. This image has been used for centuries by many different groups. Including, the flag that represents workers and Mexican American worker's rights here in the US.
The same can be said regarding the Iron Cross. He could of just adopted it because he is religious and thought it would look cool on his arm.
Symbols will always be adopted and modified. Some for good and some for bad. Also, people tend to take symbols radically and constantly polarize them to reflect their beliefs. It's human nature and it will never go away.
I'm sure, right now, they are looking into his police history to determine if his views are tolerant and understanding of different people, views, and cultures within the United States. If found to be non tolerant, then he he'll most likely be removed from the force.
Yet, I see this photo and I see a guy, who loves his country so much, that he made an extremely bad choice in tattoo art to represent his love and beliefs towards the United States. I'm sure it's one (some of us have at least one) of those tattoos that, at the time sounded great, but regrets it now. I would bet he covers it up majority of the time but was required to wear a shirt on that day.
This article explains who he is I think. Based on the info, he definitely is a Nazi. I tired to be neutral but he is part of a hacked database of nazi supporters. Yeaah, he's a Nazi
