NDC team visits Bangladesh Police Headquarters

imageThe delegation of the National Defense Course (NDC) -2018 visited the police headquarters on Monday morning. Rear Admiral Muhammad Anwarul Islam, NGP, NDC, AFWC, PSC led the delegation.
A meeting was held in the conference room of Police Headquarters in the chairmanship of Additional Director General of Police Headquarters (MLM) Mohsin Hossain, NDC. In the meeting, Additional Director General (D & P) SM Akhtaruzzaman presented the role of Bangladesh Police in the mission, vision, history, tradition, heroic contribution to the liberation war, steps taken for protection of law and order, important contributions to UN peacekeeping missions, strategic plans, restrictions and future plans.
After a question-answer session, members of the delegation asked about human trafficking, VVIP security, crime prevention etc. DIG Barrister Mahbubur Rahman, DIG Barrister Harun Ar Rashid, Additional Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Mir Rezaul Alam and others were asked to respond to various questions.
Additional IGP Mohammad Mohsin Hossain said, there is mutual respect, harmony and harmony among the Bangladesh Police and Armed Forces. The friendship between the police and the armed forces will be strengthened through this friendly inter-relations tour.
The delegation chief said, there has been a huge positive change in the Bangladesh Police. As a result, there has been a lot of development in the country's internal security and law and order. He thanked the police administration for the warm reception and warm hospitality of NDC trainees.
The delegation has 81 officers, including 76 trainees and 5 faculty members of the NDC course. Of these, 53 are from Bangladesh and 23 foreigners. Among the foreigners, 1 in Egypt, 3 Indians from Indonesia, 1 in Indonesia, 2 in Saudi Arabia, 1 in Malaysia, 1 in Nepal, 1 in Niger, 5 from Nigeria, 3 in Oman, 1 in Pakistan, 3 in Sri Lanka and 1 in Tanzania. .
