Whenever a Judge is dealing with a Statute (always) the Judge is NOT a Judge, but is actually a (bought and paid for) Clerk masquerading as a Judge, and operating in their private capacity.
Clerks masquerading as Judges who are operating in their private capacity cannot do anything judicial like issue orders or warrants, and if they attempt to do anything judicial it is a fraud and a nullity, which means it is a kangaroo court.

These so-called courts can ONLY do brutum fulmen

These so-called courts are actually pirates engaging in commerce for their Roman Cult handlers looking for somebody to enslave under their satanic law merchant
The best way to deal with them it to get them to admit that the constitution does not apply, or that common law does not apply because when they do that they are telling you that it is not a court, but is instead a commercial transaction.
When you start to point out that is actually happening, they will probably throw you out of there, or you can tell them that you are leaving, but it is better to get them to throw you out, because if they throw you out, it is less likely that their PIGs (Persons In Government who intend to perjure their oaths) will be looking for you.
