Whenever a Judge is dealing with a statute (always) he ceases to represent the government and becomes a bought and aid for Clerk masquerading as a Judge. Clerks masquerading as Judges cannot co anything judicial, like issue ORDERs, or Warrants, and if they attempt to do so, it is a fraud and a nullity (Void Judgment). Another thing these Clerks masquerading as Judges do is forge your signature onto a contract, to sell you into slavery (prison) and then securitize it and sell it on Wall street. These are the arguments to make with a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Great information. I have 'jury duty' this July, I am trying to think of ways to politely as possible tell the "Judge" and the rest of the clowns in uniform to go F themselves. Thoughts? :)
