It's an assumption on your part that by 20/20 the world will be running on a crypt market. A whole new monetary world wide system is not going to be up and running by then. To even sound legitimate you have to sit down and rephrase you whole overall objectives. First you have to make this not about on day one dissolving yourself as president because once you do the current system in place can replace you. Once you dissolve yourself your have no authority to dissolve anything else. Your aim have to be that
within four years as president you will dissolve the government under your direction. Sound sensible about this thing. Set goals. Like dissolve congress so they can't intervene in your decisions, then the objective would be to get up and running the new monetary system, second you will call back the military from foreign countries and let states set up programs that will allow them to appropriately defend themselves against so call statis opposition or foreign invasion, keep working these steps until the last step is I walk out of the white house and turn the lights off. You have to sit down and constructively write down the steps you will take to dissolve the government over the four years you are in office, how that will unfold in steps and enable to you finally shut the lights off and finally act of dissolving the presidency. You can't just say on day one I will dissolve everything with no new monetary system, a congress who can set an emergency declaration to replace you....start tearing down the system that is in place that holds the current system up, money and congress....then foreign military, steps for states to take back control, which departments you can dissolve first without harm...like department of ed, epa, etc., ones that will have to convert to the new monetary system before dissolution like the VA and SS state those objectives...have more than a plan that's laid out and doesn't sound like mass anarchy on day one. If you are going to sound half baked at least sound legitimately half baked and not like someone just rambling off the top of his head.
Don't bother trying to reason with this guy, @sunlit7. He cannot handle any criticism of his ideas without the knee-jerk type presumptive answer you've just encountered.
