There has been a documentary that was raised ages ago showcasing how that the tower was a fire hazard but everyone turned a blind eye to that warning sign and innocent people had to pay the sinister repercussions of this calamity.

I didn't know about the documentary but I did hear that the London Fire Service put out a warning about the cladding earlier in the year!

Not sure which documentary it's originally from. It's pretty damning these concerns have been there for so long though and,as you say, a blind eye was turned.I wrote a comment with this link but can't find it.
