Sure it does. After two shots you care even less. It takes longer with beer and you also need to pee more often during the game. With beer I mean.
I'm just hoping they use this for touristic purposes one day. It is very bleak to have it just sitting there in this state. Let alone the health hazard. Makes underprivileged people even more depressed seeing this.
