Well articulated arguments in that vid, Carey! The two-party system has to be dismantled, but the problem is that the older generations have spent their entire lives in that system.
And the way they see it: their retirements are directly linked to the well-being of that corrupt system; a significant percentage of brainwashed baby boomers don't want to face the changes taking place now!
You had me 100% until you started bashing the Constitution. It may be
but that piece of paper is the foundation that our country is built upon.
That piece of paper is what makes it possible for you to be able to stand up and say the things that you say. It isn't perfect but it is better than what any other country has. What is happening in this country today isn't the fault of the constitution or the people that signed it.
What is happening in this country today is the people's fault. Although the majority of the people do not elect the president we did elect the politicians that helped put him into office so he could ignore our constitution and twist it for his own personal gain.
We elected people to Congress to run the government so we could live our lives but over the years the people we have elected have forgotten that they work for us. Now they think that we work for them. They cater to the demands of the 1% wealthy and big business and try to control the majority of the people. They make laws that go against our constitution that try to limit our rights and freedom and they tell us it is for our own good.
This year we have the opportunity to take back control of our government and show these politicians that we do not work for them and that they work for us.
This year all of the seats in the House of Representatives and 1/3 of Senate are up for re-election. What we need to do as Americans is put someone new in each of these seats and they shouldn't be democrats or republicans. They should be replaced with independence.
And after this is done we as a people need to keep a close eye on the newly elected and make our voices heard so that they don't forget that they work for us not the other way around.

The audacity, to say, that a country that has created so much conflict and turmoil in the world in the last hundred years, has the best recipe for society (after all, isn't that what constitution is), it laughable. Wonder, how many constitutions have you studied. Sorry, but that comment just struck a nerve, I apologize if it came little harsh. I am harsh :)
Hey, It's OK. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The point that I was trying to make is that the constitution didn't cause the problems the USA is now facing. The people ignored what was happening hoping it would all go away but it hasn't. And now it is time that we as a people take action.
I completely agree with the point of view, but how do we fix it. What do we do to bring the masses together and make a world change? If the dems and the republicans alike can cause a massive stir and reaction from the people then how do we do the same and cause a turn for true liberty on an equally large scale. Its not like these people havent seen the same content you discuss in this video. Its as though they enjoy the drama of it like a house mom watching general hospital. I see so many videos like yours that i absolutely agree with, but i never see a logical well thought out plan on how to make the change back to freedom and living under less violence driven government. We the people are supposed to have the power. Why cant we get traction and make that change?

The change we need to make is in what we pay our attention to.

In the meantime, I suggest getting a "Vote Wedler for Congress" bumper sticker; and, give her a shot at creating the change you want to see.
The problem is the U.S. is a corporation run by the elites; and, if truth was told, 'for' the elites.
Instead of crowding the streets with 'get out the vote', people should crowd the streets in promotion of term limits. How long will people in their 20s realize that an octagenarian just might not be in their best interest for contemporary change.

One last thing, every nation needs a leader to represent them. No matter your opinion of the current POTUS, he is who the people chose; and, who God allowed to take the oath of office. To that end, he should be respected. (Romans 13).

You're right on with the soap opera analogy, and I think the main issue stems from indoctrination and cognitive dissonance. I just recently heard someone give the analogy: Imagine you are the type of person who would stop along the highway to help someone, who is in need. You get out to discover 12 people bleeding to death in the ditch, and you can help to save them, but two hands will only save one life. What you do next, is yell and wave from the shoulder of the highway, for others to pull over and help save more lives. The issue is that the people driving in the passing lane can't hear you at all, and the situation, from their personal perspective in life, is already burdensome or busy enough to pay attention to you. This would go all the way up to full blown sociopath, also. Then, there are the people in the closest lane. Sadly, most of them can hear you, or do notice something's wrong, but don't carry enough empathetic feeling/self confidence to act, or just outright refuse to admit anything is wrong, because of how much it would shake their innermost beliefs of what existence is really for. Didn't mean to ramble, but thought I would share.
There is no 'resistance'....they are all just a bunch of willing dupes, doing what the criminals in power want them to do.

Yet, I see Trump in a bit of a different way, I don't see him with the quadruple A personality, kissing the ring of the pope, bowing to the queen or sitting as a stooge at a Rothschild board meeting. He is a Player in his time, a real bully to the bullies that be, a perfect solution to the HillBillary, neo-contic, brokeback repubican craziness. Although he still plays in their lane...remember he is a businessman...and he knows a bureaucracy cannot be streamlined...what does that spell...add a bit of Anarchy to the soup...who knows?

Anyways, instead of attacking the U.S. Constitution, trying watching your previous video: you get the President you deserve. The United States Constitution as well as our Founding Fathers did not fail this country, the people failed this country! They sit back and bitch about some old muppet dude on Capital Hill for 4-8 yrs while blindly voting for the same failed House or Representatives and Senators, some who have been in office before I was born...and I'm probably twice your age. This doesn't stop in D.C., it's ramped through out the country, Judges, Mayors, City Council members, Sheriffs, and DA's etc. Then you have the media and social media that is owned by people with an agenda. They keep people ignorant and focused on Kardashians while they burry anything that conflicts with their political party.
The chaos that we see though out the country is by designed. It's organized chaos designed to make Capitalism look bad and to promote socialism as the answer.
Maybe our politicians are just puppets and actors, to make a big show, that shall distract us from the truth.
