Guilty as hell.
I had to sit for jury duty downtown Detroit once. It was the worst week of my life, and that was just for a gun charge. Until I have heard all of the evidence, I can't say. I wouldn't want to be on that jury, that's for sure.

That's a pretty smart question because I'm guessing none of us have actually been there so there is really nothing you can say about that fact.
Generally when opinions are heavily skewed on one direction, the media has created that opinion for the populace. This is most likely the case here as most lawsuits have been dropped already. This was possibly a created smear campaign because Cosby was creating his own television network to increase togetherness and positivity. The establishment tends to favor division.
If it's a conspiracy, why Cosby and not Oprah?

Some have to put loads of guilt on their shoulders, but when we judge it does not make anything better for neither of those people involved nor ourselves.
What's sad is the fact there are known famous men who have actually committed these same allegations he face. But do they receive the same backlash as he did? Not to make it racial but clearly it's proof that race plays a major role in the results from each situation. Until we as a whole can agree that the system is broken, it will never be fixed. False news is deemed real when you can convince enough people to get it trending. Let that man live because clearly he had a vision that threaten the same people who are attacking him clearly. At the time all these allegations surfaced is the around the same time he was launching a major project for the black people. The truth is out there yet we fail to seek it or choose to ignore it if it conflicts with our agenda.

yes it seems likely as so many women have the similar story and claim he drugged them and raped them. It is sad that his wealth will allow him the manipulation of the legal system to avoid prosecution.
Was it considered rape in the 60s and 70s when he is accused of doing this? It's obviously rape in 2017 but social norms were way different even in the 80s and 90s.

Actually yes they do. The 1960s and 1970s are well over 40 years ago. In the 70s and even 80s people would have sex while on drugs. Today it would be looked at differently but what was the social norm when he was doing it?
This is assuming the accusations are truth and he actually did it. We don't know for a fact the accusations are true because he hasn't been convicted.

Where there is smoke there's fire! I think he's guilty. (and I always disliked him, I am old enough to have watched his TV show regularly.)
Why did you dislike him?
Intuition, which sounds airy fairy I know, but I have had a shop in town for over 20 years and it has never let me down. More specifically, his eyes, which were hard and cold. Especially in "comedic pauses*.

I don’t know not seen any evidence so could not comment. Has to said anything against the state recently could be a cause? But without evidence could not comment.
