There are two factors that make a politician succeed in deceiving a people. The first factor is education. The people is not highly educated. The second factor is poverty. He is poor. These two factors make the following three things.
First, the people is not critical of behaviors of the politician. The people tends to let behaviors of the politician. In fact, these behaviors violate a rule. The people assumes that the behaviors are "normal". When the politician makes a policy, the people is passive. The people does not react. He is "lost" in the policy. He doesn't realize that the policy is a conspiracy that is detrimental to him.

Second, he has a mindset that is easily changed by others. His mindset is also easily herded by public opinion. The politician takes advantage of this. He changes a mindset of the people. He changes it through several opinions on media. He can do that easily. Because some media owners are involved in politics. He also changes the mindset on social media. He is easy to do that. Because he employs buzzers on social media. In essence, he changes the mindset through making of some political engineering. Therefore, the people obeys will of the politician.
Third, the people does not uphold an ideology. The ideology consists of social solidarity, togetherness, and unity. Therefore, he is easily ignited by some issues made by the politician. For example, issues of religion and ethnicity. In fact, these issues are only a trick of the politician. They are not true. Therefore, the people is in conflict with another people.

These three things are in many countries. The solution to overcome them is strengthening in a field of education. The people has to have access to higher education so that he is not easily fooled by the politician. Another solution is an effort to create harmony. There are three harmony that must be created. First, harmony within a religious community. Second, harmony between religious communities. Third, harmony between religious communities and the government. If the three harmony are created, conflicts that occur because of religion and ethnicity issues disappeared.
