Polarity is an interesting concept isn't it the two extremities of the one underlying concept.
I have never personally subscribed much to the left vs right agenda.....it all just seems divide and conquer to control the stupid masses at the end of the day.
Politics are a little bit more complex then the arbitrary right vs left ideal implies.

The heavy focus on left vs right is a highly divisive agenda aimed to make us hate this that we actually have a lot in common with to drive the wedge as it may be.
The last four years particularly in the United States has seen a massive escalation of the left vs right paradigm spurred by both the media and political leaders alike on both sides if the spectrum.

Just have a look at the graph above it's not hard to see how we got here is it

The division of left and right is so prevaliant we have seen the concepts of "fake news" and "alternate facts" rise to prominence.... now I'm not saying you should believe the media i did just call out their bias after all
but as the great Aldous Huxley once said

There is after all facts hidden in all that propaganda, mathematics and the scientific method can be our best of friends. The problem is we don't destroy ideas on their value but based on who put them forward.
The agenda of anti intellectualism is to create petty squabbles over facts because we dislike their implications. Rather then try to come up with innovative solutions and ideas we put our energy into denying facts.
The rise of the conspiracy theorist over the past few years is testament to this issue.........
Now I'll be the first to admit some conspiracies over the years have turned out valid but just look at Mkultra for example. But these crackpot concepts where excuses and reality twists are given over and over seems like the modern dooms day cult. Yes I refer to the likes of Qanon here (more then likely created by Jim Watkins or his son as all the evidence would seem to indicate). Where do people draw the line sure a lot of people fell away after the 20 January predictions failed but many more have been swept up by the whole new concoction of the shadowprez.........I mean the whole idea seems like a great way to shut down all the seditious behaviour " Trumps really still in charge so it's all good" is the sentiment being conveyed so the seditious behaviour us done with but the delusion prevails for however many more years.

More then ever we need truth in media laws, in a free society to manipulate the masses to ones own agenda or bias is a crime. It is bad enough we deem the behaviour acceptable by politicians let a lone the media.
How free is free speech if you are merely regurgitating the opinion of another mindlessly. Confirmation bias is easy because it keeps us safe when we don't need to question our own thoughts and actions.
