What's really wrong here is the approach governments take. Some might say systems just try to prevent bad decisions made by citizens while other says it's a vague excuse to take away the freedom of choice.
The problem is focus. People must decide what's better for them provided they're not hurting others or destroying the ecosystems where everybody interact.
The youngster in the video clearly lacks some solid grounds. And it's not because he's young, it's because of everything that surrounds him.
From any type of media we're just bombarded by superficial analysis that never describe what's really happening ... Where the status quo becomes the most important thing to keep than to do the right thing.
