RE: Latest Updates on Julian Assange’s Case

in #politics4 years ago

USA The U.S. has always hidden its war crimes. He was living in Italy when Bush Sr. ordered the bombing of Iraq. CNN had an international service where they showed the bombings live as if it were a game. With the little white dots pointing out the bombing sites all over the city of Baghdad. It was terrifying, atrocious, thinking that at that moment that bomb would fall on top of a school, a hospital, a neighborhood. It was fired from warships anchored a short distance from the port.

It was one thing to get Saddam Hussain (although they didn't even have the right to do that). It was another thing to massacre civilians.

It is obvious that any denunciation of this was going to be censored by any means. And Assange exposed the documents proving this vicious attack and many others by the so called "champions of freedom and human rights".

Thank you for such a thoughtful comment - we agree completely! It couldn't be more telling that he's the only one who has been punished ... like he was the guy who ordered bombs to be dropped on innocent people, including children.
