The agreement will be reached as it is advantageous for both Kim Chong Un and North Korea to put the weapons aside. He badly guessed the character of Trump and didn't expect that adding on threats will just make the threats come back (Trumps egoistic responses).
Trump didn't use perfect diplomatic tongue at all, but it seems they might come to an agreement.
I still think all what it takes to stop the conflict is to let NK be, they will not attack. They are not stupid.
