Depends on the conspiracy. I believe the Saudis were involved, the Israelis were involved, and Bush had some prior knowledge. Building 7 is suspect, and the Pentagon doesn't show a plane..so.
I don't bring these up in conversation though. I discuss it within the mainstream narrative: we were attacked by Al Qeada. But I still want people to understand WHY we would be attacked, and how it was used by criminals to profit, expand power and start wars.

Research Abel Danger. Former vietnam fighter pilot Field McConnell of the group "Abel Danger" discloses the fact that drones were used on 9/11. McConnell is also a former commercial airline pilot and National Guard pilot who resigned after learning of the Boeing uninterruptable auto-pilot feature on all Boeing jets. 2 drones hit the towers.
