Yesterday, I took a break from programming an app I'm working on related to Steem for the last week and a half. I'm hoping within another week or two I'll have a beta to announce.
Where did I go yesterday? I went to a Trump rally. So many people went there, parking overflowed into the grass. I joked that if we went to a Hillary rally instead, we'd have the entire parking lot to ourselves.
Some background: Back in 2012 was the first time I was old enough to vote, I really supported Obama. I used to watch some of his speeches online, he seemed cool and hip. Someone who supported younger people and had some great ideas was what I took out of it.
I wasn't as active in politics, plus I didn't yet realize how ObamaCare would be such a disaster for this country. Premiums continue to rise, people work two part time jobs instead of 1 full time because companies are cheap which is inflating the jobs report and to top it off people are dying waiting in line. Oh and don't forget the fines for not having coverage.
Well, it seems like all that hope and change did not do anything positive. Then I was also educated more about the countless number of Clinton scandals. Then also me being an aspiring entrepreneur, I decided to switched parties.
Long story short, I had fun at the Trump rally. I've always been a fan of Trump even before he announced he was running for president.
The thing that really ticks me off with the politics arena is the mainstream media only plays one sided short clips. People dismissed Trump because of the media took a few clips of his speeches, and played them out of context without those people ever getting his full message.
But you know what ticks me off even more? Hillary and Bernie's supporters being violent towards Trump's supporters like in San Jose.
Then online if you happen to be friends with their supporters, they'll unfollow or unfriend you just because of what you believe in. Plus, since I'm into tech I feel I don't fit into any group 100%. Unfortunately, the tech industry is mainly democrats it seems from the impressions I get of Silicon Valley.
I just don't see how we can make America the best that it can be if we can't freely exchange ideas. Don't like Trump then ignore posts about him, talk to your friends but there is really no need for hating on your fellow Americans. But I guess they aren't real friends in the first place anyways. I just feel like in this current political environment that people are afraid to speak up. This is how we'll lose our great country to the globalists if we stay quiet.
If Trump dropped out, which there is a 0% chance of him doing. I would feel a huge letdown but I'd have to go support Gary Johnson before I'd ever support a career criminal like Hillary Clinton.
Here's two clips I took at the Trump Rally in Wilmington, Ohio yesterday. I added it into iMovie and transition them together. I stopped it in the middle and restarted because I wasn't sure how fast it was draining the battery on my iPhone 4S.
He touched on the illegal immigration issue, the drug problem and the Clinton pay to play state department. It really amazes me how much Hillary got away with everything she's done.
I think if anyone else had classified information stored on non-government equipment, they would be imprisoned. Then one of her lawyers deleted emails they thought were personal, I think if anyone else did that instead of turning over evidence in full it'd be considered obstruction of justice.
Then Ericsson paid Bill Clinton $750,000 for a speech, then Hillary's pay for play ran state department exempted them from Sanctions on selling telecom equipment. If an everyday person got pulled over for speeding and offered to slip the cop a twenty dollar bill and if it's an honest cop then they'd also be charged with bribing a government official.
The Clinton's are above the law, with an entirely separate set of rules for them. This needs to stop. This is why we need to stop Hillary and vote Trump as he's the last hope for America.
She's been a backseat president for 16 years... Do we really want 8 years of her in the front seat with the steering wheel in her hands? We better pray to god they install a speed limiter to 5 miles per hour, but then she'd probably bribe some mechanic to uninstall it.
Anyways, enough ranting for one day :) What's on your mind regarding the current political arena in 2016?

Hillary, herself, proclaimed in Reno that even if someone votes for Trump, if she wins, she'll be their president and represent them. Her fanatical following ought to take a page from her playbook.
The democrat party used to be the liberal party (like, actually liberal - as in same linguistic root as liberty). The "I disagree with you but I'll die for your right to have that disagreeing opinion" party. Somewhere along the way, they got in bed with the socialist movement and got horribly intermixed with the civil rights movement, and suddenly the party turned into, "We're so obviously correct that anybody who disagrees with us is clearly motivated by hate and bigotry. If you disagree with me, that's hate speech and your opinions should be banned."
You do a great job summarizing exactly how I feel. I just need to say screw what other people think of me and just do what I believe is right. I guess in this day and age it's not so popular to stand up to what you believe in like it used to be.
